1. Adults only

TransFantasy.com contains sexually explicit material and is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) and for whom viewing such material is legal. By using the site you confirm that this applies to you. If it does not, leave the site now.

The site is labelled with the RTA (Restricted To Adults) tag so that parental-control software can block it. Parents are encouraged to use such software.

2. What the site is

TransFantasy.com is a catalogue of videos. We do not produce, upload or store the videos shown here: every video is embedded from a third-party video host, together with its title, tags and thumbnail as published by that host. Category, studio, performer and tag pages are generated automatically from that information.

All performers appearing in the videos were 18 years of age or older at the time of filming, as stated by the producers and hosts of the content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to try to break, overload or scrape it, and not to post or link to material involving minors, non-consensual acts or anything illegal. Accounts that break these rules are removed.

4. Links to other sites

Some pages contain links to paid sites, live-cam sites and partner programmes; these are marked as ads. We are not responsible for the content, prices or policies of those sites. Any purchase you make there is between you and that site.

5. Copyright and removal requests (DMCA)

We respect the rights of content owners. If you own the rights to a video, image or text shown here and want it removed, send us a request through the contact page with:

  • the address (URL) of each page on TransFantasy.com you want removed;
  • a description of the work and proof that you own it or act for the owner;
  • your name and an e-mail address where we can reach you;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and that the information in your request is accurate.

We remove valid requests as soon as possible, normally within 3 working days. Because videos are hosted elsewhere, please also send the request to the host of the video so the file itself is taken down.

6. 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

TransFantasy.com is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any of the visual content shown on the site. All videos are embedded from third-party hosts. The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for this content are kept by its producers; please contact the producer named in the video or on the host's page.

7. Privacy and cookies

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". Videos can disappear or change when the host removes them, and we cannot guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.
